Delivery Fees and Charges for Flowers

Our advertised price includes handling, delivery and VAT (Value Added Tax). There are no other fees or charges added to your order on checkout.

Please note: Other delivery fees and charges may apply for re-deliveries if the address details were inncorect or the recipient was not available to receive the flowers or gift basket. Deliveries to remote areas may also incur additional delivery charges. In the case additional charges apply, the purchasing customer will be notified of any changes to their purchase price prior to delivery.

Same Day Flower Delivery Service

Florist Works UK offers a same day flower delivery service for orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, London City local time. Same day delivery is available for Saturday for order placed before 11am local time. Orders for same day delivery may be placed after the cutoff time, but delivery cannot be guaranteed.

There is no same day delivery service available for Sunday.

Sunday Flower Deliveries

Flowers can be delivered on Sunday to some areas. If you need flowers delivered on Sunday we recommend you place your order a week in advance. If we cannot delivery your flowers on Sunday to London or surrounding suburbs, we will contact you. Otherwise, you are welcome to call us to enquire if Sunday delivery is available to London.

International Flower Orders and Deliveries

We accept orders from other countries to be delivered to London City, Greater London in the United Kingdom. Florist Works UK can deliver flowers to all regions of metropolitan London City and to all the larger towns and cities in Greater London. If you need flowers delivered to a remote area of Greater London, please contact us to determine if delivery is available.

Gift baskets and gift hampers can be delivered almost anywhere in the United Kingdon (UK). Delivery time for gifts varies depending on selected gift and delivery area. Please check delivery information on checkout page. Gift baskets and hampers are delivered by courrier Monday to Friday. Hampers and baskets cannot be delivered on weekends and and public holidays.
